Controlling Persons and Beneficial Owners of the Entity

Please note for this question;

• “Controlling Person” is someone who has effective control of the Entity (for example a Director of a company, a Trustee, or settlor of a Trust, or an Executor of a Will or Estate, and also anyone who acts on behalf of the Entity (for example an agent or someone holding a Power of Attorney).
• "Beneficial Owner" is someone who owns (directly or indirectly) more than 25% of an incorporated entity (for example a company).

Source of Wealth/Funds

For the purpose of this enquiry, “Source of Wealth” means identifying the origin of ALL your assets. “Source of Funds” refers to the origin of the funds used for the particular transaction you have engaged us for.
