Paul can assist you with all matters requiring a Notary’s attendance.

He often finds that people have not previously had the need to engage a Notary and are surprised at what is required. The legal requirements of the Anti-Money Laundering regime in New Zealand and internationally have made the role of a Notary even more significant than ever.

Notaries are now a key frontline safeguard in verifying identities, ensuring the authenticity of legal documents, and helping legal and financial institutions meet stringent compliance requirements to prevent illicit activities.

To minimise both time and cost please complete the attached form and upload copies of all relevant documents as best you can.

Paul will review your submission and get back to you promptly with an estimate of his fees for the services you are seeking and any additional information he may consider necessary.

Please note that after submission you will receive an emailed copy of the form with the questions you answered and your corresponding answers.

You will see that some fields are compulsory. For other fields please do your best to complete the information requested and upload all relevant documents as this will greatly help Joe to understand what is needed and to avoid unnecessary additional costs to you.

You may have received a communication (e.g. email, letter, etc) advising you that you need to see a Notary Public. If so, please upload a copy of that communication. If it is an email, please forward a copy of that email to paul@lawfirm.co.nz

Note that for Power of Attorney notarisation, Paul would only be providing notarial confirmation of the execution of the document itself and not that the Power of Attorney is valid, effective or appropriate.
